Lost packages
This is the most common delivery issue! Most of the time, your order was delivered to a front office or parcel locker, accidentally delivered to a neighbor, or left in a mailroom/package room, or is sometimes running a day behind for actual delivery (often with USPS).
Please note: if there is an issue with your delivery, please let us know within 7 days of the stated delivery date or the date the problem occurred if your order did not arrive.

Damaged packages
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected]. within 24 hours of receiving the order, include photos of the damaged items or package.
We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
