How long will it take for my exchange to be sent?Updated a year ago

When you request an exchange, we treat the item you want as a new order. Once we receive the item you wish to exchange, we create a new order with the new design or size. This new order will then be processed by our fulfillment team, usually within 48-72 hours. After processing, it will take between 2-4 business days for USPS to deliver it to your door.
